Position Overview Recruit Go is in search of a Dispatcher who will be working with our client based in the US.

In this role, you will be responsible for order management, interfacing directly with customers to fine-tune order specifics and craft bespoke solutions that cater to unique logistics requirements.

Aside from your established skills and expertise, we are also looking for someone innovative, empathic and community-oriented, adaptable and flexible, detail-oriented, a self-starter, and possesses impeccable communication skills in both written and verbal using the English language.  Responsibilities: Manage Inbound Inquiries: Handling inquiries from carriers interested in the loads.

Ensuring a professional and efficient response to all inquiries.

Carrier Evaluations: Conducting thorough evaluations to ensure carriers meet our high standards.

Verifying compliance and reliability of carriers.

Deviations Management: Managing unexpected events such as delays or cancellations.

Implementing strategies to mitigate the impact of such deviations, with examples from   past scenarios.

Oversight of Pending Dispatches: Maintaining vigilant oversight of all pending   dispatches to ensure timely execution.

Providing regular updates and status reports to relevant stakeholders.

Communication: Providing timely and effective communication to support the sales   team and US-based staff.

Utilizing specific tools and methods (e.g., logistics software,   communication protocols) to enhance cross-departmental communication and   collaboration.

Qualifications Education: A High School diploma or higher is required.

Preferred qualifications or   certifications related to logistics or transportation management.

Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English (B2+ level) is essential.

Experience in   bilingual roles is highly desirable.

Skills: Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities.

Technological skills or familiarity with logistics software are beneficial.

Proficiency in MS Office and Zendesk.

Experience: Verified previous experience in recognizable call centers is required.
