Lead distribution channel design, execution, and optimization, ensuring full coverage and cost-efficient models tailored to local needs.
Analyze competition, channel performance, and on-ground conditions down to the barangay level.
Ensure all channels achieve key sales, distribution, and execution KPIs.
Strengthen distributor organizations through manpower planning, training, coaching, and performance reviews.
Conduct regular fieldwork, business reviews, and operational audits to ensure targets are met.
Drive business development initiatives, including identifying growth opportunities, expanding channels, and improving operational efficiency.
Manage strategic accounts and resolve issues affecting customer experience and KRAs.
Lead accurate, actionable data reporting, monitoring, and information management.
