Oversee the document control processes and ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
Manage the flow of documents between various departments and external stakeholders.
Maintain an organized filing system and ensure compliance with company policies.
Support project teams by providing necessary documentation and information as needed.
Assist in the preparation and review of documentation related to real estate transactions.
Requirements
Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in document control or related field.
Skills and Competencies: Proficient in ECAR, Title Transfer, Tax Declaration, and familiar with property development and real estate processes.
Qualities and Traits: Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
