Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the creative team to understand client requirements and concepts for event stands.
• Work closely with architects and designers to understand project requirements and design intent.
• Create detailed technical drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, Joinery details for Stand build up.
• Utilize industry-standard software (e.g., Auto CAD, Sketch Up, Adobe Creative Suite) to create precise and accurate drawings.
• Collaborate with the project team to review drawings and resolve any design or technical issues.
• Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to gather relevant information for drawings.
• Ensure drawings comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Provide clear and concise documentation for production and construction teams.
• Research and recommend appropriate materials, finishes, and components for event stands, considering factors such as durability, cost, and aesthetic appeal.
• Identify and address design challenges and provide innovative solutions that meet client expectations and budget constraints.

Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 to 6 years of experience as a Draftsman in the event and exhibition industry.
• Proficiency in using industry-standard software such as Auto CAD, Sketch Up, or similar tools.
• Strong knowledge of materials, construction techniques, and industry best practices for event stand design.
• Familiarity with safety and regulatory requirements related to event and exhibition design.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Diploma or degree in related field is preferred
