Coordinates with the Project coordinator to deliver accomplishments related to the RIGHT OF WAY AGENT (PROWA) Scope of work Creating and updating transformer vault plan. Responsible in analyzing, interpreting, conducting field survey, Autocad drawing for transformer vault plan. He/her duties include accomplishment monitoring, reporting, resource deployment and monitoring.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret recieve Autocad file (softcopy) of the proposed transformer vault plans.
- Initiate field survey with assigned Meralco Engineer/s and get precise measurements.
- Drafting the initial transformer vault plan using Autocad application.
- Conduct final inspection (field survey) in case of changes in measurements of vault rooms.
- Drawing the final transformer vault plan using Autocad application.
- Submitting Autocad drawing to Meralco Engineers and Team Leaders.
- Compile approved Autocad Drawings (softcopy).
- Printing the requested copy of Autocad drawing/s of transformer vault plan.
- Performs other tasks assigned by his/ her immediate superior.
-Tally, record and reports accomplishments to client and MIESCOR management.
- Maintains proper discipline, uniform, values and order in the office and in the field of operation
- Trains and mentor colligate with the basic guidelines, techniques and procedures in order to prepare them before deployment to respective assignments.
- Additional work or services shall be authorized by client point person, project supervisor and project team leader.
- Coordinates with the Supervisor or Coordinator regarding changes in guidelines and procedures and work deployment.
- Performs Administrative functions assigned to his/her position
- Performs other duties as may be assigned. Complies with the proper operating procedures of safety and health standards and regulations.
- Supports Environmental Management System with respect to their job.
- Adheres to Policies/ Procedure, Employee Code of Ethics and Conduct , and Corporate Governance.
- Protects intellectual property, company proprietary and confidential information.

Additional Information
Skills:
Computer literate and knowledgeable in resource deployment, AUTOCAD and stakeholder management.
Work Experience:
2-3 years' experience working in MIESCOR is considered as an advantage.
