You will champion the Learning and Development agenda while working closely with the management team to develop and ensure all training requirements are met.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Work with Regional Human Resources Managers to track the performance of all Learning & Development programs.Lead the Learning and Development to deliver goals across various streams such as onboarding and development of competency-based curriculums.Analyze skills gaps and design training programs that empower employees with specific knowledge and skills.Develop and maintain organizational communications such as bulletin boards and newsletters.Execute core learning programs and functional competencies.Modify Learning & Development programs as needed.Facilitate learning events to ensure that talents are developed and team productivity is enhanced and sustained.Develop conceptual design materials for training and instruction modules.Design and develop instructional programs in response to a specific regional or department need.Work on specialized learning projects and support learning design when appropriate.Design and deliver a wide variety of training materials that work across operational sites, support functions, and remote working environments.Improve workplace culture, and increase employee engagement and retention rates.
