Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute monthly training plans.
2. Conduct onboarding, refresher, and process update training.
3. Provide performance feedback and assessments during training.
4. Deliver advanced training on service skills and awareness.
Qualifications:
1. Fluent in French and English (reading, writing, and speaking).
2. Strong critical thinking, data analysis, empathy, soft skills, and coaching/communication abilities.
3. Bachelor’s degree or higher.
Work Setup:
• Willing to work in Mc Kinley, Taguig (office-based), Night Shift with flexible scheduling options to accommodate US time zones
• Flexible to work in a shifting schedule, including weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and Holidays
• Can start immediately
