Essential duties The role will be responsible with contract management with the following but not limited to: Creation and maintenance of contract information in the system Preparation of letters to customer upon warranty expiry Develop and maintain effective documentation and records including internal trackers and database Email management Invoice preparation and adjustment Undergo cross-training and handle other LOBs (line of business) as assigned by the Team Leader Communicate proactively and positively with all members of CHK & CBSC Work as part of the team and ensure positive, supportive, and collaborative working relationships with peers Other task/s that may be assigned from time to time Qualifications & Experience College in any discipline with relevant work experience Intermediate computer skills and well versed in MS Office (Excel, Word, Teams in particular) Effective interpersonal and communication skills Strong work ethic
