Manage and ensure timely completion of the project assignedPerform project coordination and attend site construction meetings.Timely presentation of progress reports.Duties and Responsibilities:Management and supervision for the assigned project to ensure that the project is delivered on time with the desired quality of work.Check Electrical plans, drawings and specifications against any discrepancies prior to installation.Provide detailed quantity of materials needed for Electrical works for budgetary and purchasing purposes.Prepare and maintain appropriate and complete documentation relative to Electrical works including weekly and monthly reports, meeting agenda/ minutes and other related documents as required.Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.Experience working in the field of residential construction is an advantage.Exudes professional work ethics.Salary commensurate with qualification and experience.Required skill(s): MS Office, Auto Cad
