Job Description This is a remote position. As a Member Engagement Coordinator, you play a pivotal role in maintaining and strengthening the connection between our organization and its members. Your responsibilities encompass a wide range of activities that are crucial to ensuring our members feel valued and informed. Your commitment to fostering engagement and effective communication will be instrumental in our ongoing success. Duties & Responsibilities: 1. Conduct Regular Outbound Calls: You will be responsible for proactively reaching out to our members through outbound calls. Your primary objective is to establish and nurture a positive relationship with each member, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback. These calls are essential for enhancing member satisfaction and maintaining open lines of communication. 2. Event Promotion and Registration: Collaborating closely with the marketing and event teams, you will assist in promoting our events and activities. This includes spreading the word about upcoming events to our members and facilitating their registration. Your efforts will contribute to increased attendance and participation in our events. 3. Information Dissemination: You will be the point person for sharing important information and updates with our members. This involves communicating news, policies, and any relevant content that benefits our members. Your ability to convey information clearly and effectively is critical. 4. Database Maintenance: Maintaining an up-to-date member database is essential for accurate communication and reporting. You will be responsible for managing and updating member records, ensuring the information is accurate and accessible for various communication efforts. 5. Collaboration with Marketing and Event Teams: Working in tandem with the marketing and event teams, you will align your outreach efforts with their promotional campaigns. This coordination is crucial to ensure that our outreach is consistent with the organization's branding and objectives. 6. Proficiency in MS Office: Proficiency in using Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Outlook, and Excel is essential for your role. These tools will aid you in creating, managing, and tracking various communication materials and member records. Requirements Required Skills or Experiences A bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Detail-oriented and capable of maintaining accurate records. Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when required. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel). Previous experience in a member engagement or customer relations role is a plus.
