QUALIFICATION
Graduate of bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or equivalent
Must be a licensed engineer with an updated PRC license.
Prior work experience as an Engineering Supervisor
Highly analytical and detail-oriented
Ability to work independently
Willing to work on weekends.
Strong leadership skills
Computer literate
Can start ASAP.

JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Monitors daily status / condition of all engineering facilities.
2. Supervises maintenance/repair works of facilities.
3. Supervises and trains maintenance staff in their respective daily activities.
4. Prepares detailed procedure of operation for some delicate facilities.
5. Prepares and implement facilities maintenance program.
6. Prepares work schedule of maintenance personnel.
7. Prepares all requisition for maintenance supplies.
8. Prepares and renders weekly report regarding on-going work activities.
9. Prepares in-house design and estimate for every project.
10. Evaluates proposal of suppliers/contractors.
11. Supervises contractor’s activities.
12. Oversees the quality of contractor’s workmanship.
13. Evaluates contractor’s billings for specified project.
14. Conducts final inspections and recommends final acceptance of every project.
15. Represents the Club at all times.
16. Performs related task that may be assigned by the Superior.
