Events Marketing Specialist (Remote | Philippines-Based)
About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Events Marketing Specialist to support the execution and operations of a growing global events program. This role serves as the operational backbone of event initiatives, ensuring systems, processes, and reporting enable scalable and high-quality event delivery.
You will support conferences, webinars, executive roundtables, client events, and community activations while helping maintain the infrastructure that powers successful event programs.

Work Setup & Schedule
Work Setup: Fully Remote (Philippines-based)
Schedule: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM CST (Night Shift PH)

Key Responsibilities
Event Coordination & Execution
Assist in planning and executing virtual, hybrid, and in-person events including conferences, webinars, and client events.
Support webinar moderation and event logistics coordination.
Manage attendee registrations, confirmations, and reminders through event platforms.
Assist with onsite event preparation including materials, shipping coordination, and swag management.
Event Operations
Track timelines, deliverables, and event milestones to ensure smooth execution.
Maintain event documentation, templates, and operational playbooks.
Coordinate scheduling and prioritization across multiple events.
Ensure adherence to established event standards and workflows.
Marketing & Promotion Support
Coordinate with content and design teams for event webpages, emails, social promotions, and signage.
Maintain the global events calendar.
Support creation and consistency of branded promotional materials.
Data & Reporting
Maintain accurate event data and records across systems.
Track registrations, attendance, and feedback metrics.
Produce post-event summaries and performance insights.
Support ROI reporting and lead tracking.
Administration & Team Support
Manage event inboxes and respond to attendee inquiries.
Coordinate with vendors such as venues, caterers, and suppliers.
Maintain organized files and repeatable operational processes.
Qualifications
2-4 years of experience in events, marketing, or project coordination (agency, BPO, or in-house).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
Experience with event platforms (e.g., Splash, Hub Spot, ON24) is an advantage but not required.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Comfortable working with global teams across US and Philippines time zones.
