Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree Holder
Open for College Undergraduate with relevant experience
With 1-2 years of experience as an Executive Secretary
With experience in BPO or IT Industry is an advantage
Can start as soon as possible
Job Responsibilities:
Participate in meetings and record minutes.
Prioritize and manage all incoming and outgoing mail, including letters, emails, and packages.
Make executive travel arrangements.
Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure
Monitor office supplies and negotiate terms with suppliers to ensure the most cost-effective orders
Keep both paper and electronic records up to date and make sure the data is accessible and well-organized.
