LOOKING FOR FILIPINO OR PHILIPPINE-BASED CANDIDATES Job Title: Executive Assistant Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 PM - 5 AM PHT (with occasional morning and weekend flexibility, particularly during client travel) Salary Range: $1,200 - $2,000 per month Duties and Responsibilities: As an Executive Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of various administrative tasks. Your responsibilities will include: Scheduling: Efficiently managing and coordinating appointments, meetings, and events to optimize time and productivity. Travel Arrangement: Organizing travel logistics including flight bookings, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries. Effective Communication: Skillfully handling emails, texts, and voice communications to facilitate clear and timely correspondence. Personal Preferences: Learning and remembering the personal preferences of the employer's family members, including spouse and children, to enhance their experience. Qualifications: Collaborating with multiple parties to manage and streamline schedules effectively. Real Estate Understanding: Demonstrating a high level of understanding of real estate concepts to provide informed support in related matters. Office Software Proficiency: Utilizing Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to assist in creating reports, documents, and presentations. Resourceful Problem Solving: Exhibiting intelligence and resourcefulness in addressing challenges and finding solutions. Experience: Drawing from 5-10 years of experience in similar roles to ensure a strong foundation in executive support. Requirements Minimum Requirements: Experience: A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in executive assistance or related roles. Effective Communication: Demonstrated ability to communicate professionally and effectively through emails, texts, and other forms of communication. Scheduling Expertise: Proven experience in managing complex schedules involving multiple stakeholders. Office Software Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to create documents, reports, and presentations. Ideal: Real Estate Understanding: Highly preferred understanding of real estate concepts and related terminology. Personality/Attitude: Intelligence and Resourcefulness: A sharp and adaptable mind to navigate challenges and find innovative solutions. Adaptability: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when required.
