Job Description Determining the feasibility of current & planned initiatives through quantitative and qualitative analyses Planning and managing new projects and initiatives to increase operational efficiency or increase network capability Managing the sourcing and negotiation of service point partners to scale different expansion and facility types Prepare detailed plans to track and monitor project development and performance Plan, launch, and scale the operator model of the company Coordinate directly with relevant internal stakeholders and external partners Deliver significant operational improvement and financial benefits to meet annual targets Requirements Requirements At least a Bachelor's Degree in Operations Management, Management/Industrial Engineering, or equivalent At least 2 to 4 years of work experience in strategy, project management, franchising, and/or process excellence Great track record of successful project management is required High proficiency in MS Office and G Suite, especially in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Slides Outstanding critical thinking and interpersonal skills Strong communication skills in English and Filipino Knowledge of SQL, Python, or other programming languages is a plus Capable of handling multiple tasks and working under pressure Willing to travel
