Facilities Manager - Cebu About the Role:Main purpose of this job is to organize, manage and coordinate the strategic and operational management of building facilities. Ensuring a proper and efficient operation of all physical aspects of the facility, and create and sustain safe and productive environments for occupants.Provides formal supervision to the team, mentors and coaches them to further develop competencies.About the Person:Licensed Electrical or Mechanical Engineer; preferably with familiarity in BPO set-up. Min. 5 years working experience in Facilities Management. Good grasp of financials and comfortable making reports. Has knowledge in Occupancy Planning.Has experience working with 3rd party vendorsGood communication skills.
