The Offer A role that offers a breadth of learning opportunities Attractive Salary & Benefits Leadership Role The Job Your responsibilities will include: Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company Provide Accounting guidance in line with HQ policy and accounting standards.

Ensuring compliance to local accounting principles and local taxation regulations.

Review and identify improvements in internal controls and procedures, and ensure it is well implemented and executed.

Prepare monthly financial statements and other supporting documents including GL adjustments Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze financial data, identify trends, and recommend strategies for cost efficiency and profitability.

Coordinating with external partners such as auditor, tax agent, banker, lawyer, corporate secretary and etc.

Manage cash flow, credit control and monitor AR collection.

Involve in other improvement project Advise cross-functional teams on their technical accounting questions and provide them with guidance to resolve their accounting challenges on a timely basis.

Assist with other tasks as needed.

The Profile Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.

Candidates with Certified Public Accountants license will be viewed favourably.

At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

With advance skills in Cargowise system.

(preferably) In-depth knowledge of Philippine taxation system, and accounting principles.

Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills are necessary.

Ability to work well as a team player and lead by example.

Capability to work effectively under limited supervision and fast-paced environment.

Prior audit experience is preferred.
