Finance Manager The are seeking an experienced finance professional to manage the day-to-day finance function, reporting, compliance, and audit coordination for our Australian business.
The ideal candidate must have strong technical accounting capability, proven Net Suite experience, and prior experience working with Australian companies and compliance requirements.
Key responsibilities include: Managing month-end close and financial reporting Hands-on finance role reporting to CFO and managing a team of 3 finance members.
Ensuring all Balance Sheet reconciliations are completed and reviewed accurately Managing Australian tax compliance including GST, FBT, BAS, and related statutory obligations Liaising with external accountants regarding income tax and annual financial statements Managing and coordinating the annual external audit process Supporting internal stakeholders with financial reporting and analysis Maintaining strong financial controls and process improvements Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial data within Net Suite Ability to extract and analyse financial data to provide insight into business operations.
