The Offshore Finance Team will serve as the virtual CFO function for the Joint Venture Roofing Platform, acting as a dedicated internal financial team for every member of the platform. This team ensures clean, accurate, and transaction-ready financials, providing seamless due diligence support in case of acquisitions, investments, or exits. Beyond financial management, this team will audit, fix, and optimize financials for potential add-on companies to maintain high standards of transparency and compliance. Additionally, the team will provide financial analysis and strategic guidance to all members of the platform while also seeking out banking tools and financial solutions that can help optimize operations and growth as a collective platform. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the dedicated financial backbone for all platform members, ensuring financial health and scalability. Develop and implement financial strategies to drive growth and operational efficiency. Provide real-time financial insights to support decision-making and expansion efforts. Conduct financial risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies. Budgeting, Forecasting & Transaction Readiness: Ensure financial records are clean, accurate, and transaction-ready for potential deals, acquisitions, or audits. Provide due diligence support by preparing comprehensive financial statements, cash flow analysis, and risk assessments. Develop detailed financial forecasts and budgeting strategies for each company within the platform. Develop financial projections and scenario modeling to support business growth. Accounting, Compliance & Financial Clean-Up: Maintain transparent, standardized financials across all platform companies for easy integration and reporting. Audit, fix, and optimize financials for potential add-on companies to ensure consistency and compliance. Ensure compliance with GAAP/IFRS standards, tax regulations, and industry-specific requirements. Financial Analysis & Member Guidance: Deliver in-depth financial analysis and strategic guidance to all platform members, helping them make data-driven business decisions. Provide KPI tracking, performance benchmarking, and profitability assessments to support business growth. Identify cost-saving opportunities and operational efficiencies across multiple roofing entities. Banking & Financial Solutions Support: Assist platform members in finding and securing banking tools, credit lines, and financing solutions to support their operations. Establish relationships with financial institutions, lenders, and alternative funding sources to provide tailored financing options. Optimize cash flow management and working capital solutions for better financial stability. Financial Operations & Controls: Streamline financial workflows, including AR/AP management, payroll processing, and reconciliations. Implement internal financial controls to prevent fraud, improve cash flow, and enhance financial reporting. Leverage automation and financial technology tools to improve efficiency and accuracy. Investor & Stakeholder Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for investors, JV partners, and lenders. Deliver due diligence-ready financial packages for potential M&A activities or capital raises. Serve as the primary financial liaison for stakeholders, banking partners, and external advisors. Team Structure & Roles: Finance Manager (Team Lead – Virtual CFO Equivalent)Leads the offshore finance team and acts as the main financial strategist for the platform. Oversees transaction readiness, financial reporting, and banking relationships. Works closely with leadership, investors, and platform members to drive growth. Leads financial strategy, risk management, and stakeholder communication. Manages high-level budgeting, forecasting, and financial decision-making. Senior Accountant(s)Manages financial audits, due diligence preparation, and compliance oversight. Ensures clean financial records for potential acquisitions or investment opportunities. Prepares consolidated financial statements and tax filings for platform companies. Provides data-driven financial insights, KPI tracking, and profitability analysis. Assists in forecasting, cost analysis, and investment modeling for platform members. Supports financial due diligence and M&A evaluations. Accounts Receivable & Payable Specialist(s)Manages billing, collections, vendor payments, and AP/AR processes. Ensures cash flow efficiency and proper reconciliation of accounts. Works with banks and lenders to optimize financing and payment solutions. Qualifications & Skills: Strong experience in financial management, accounting, and business strategy. Proficiency in Quick Books, Net Suite, or other ERP systems. Background in construction or roofing industry finance is preferred. Expertise in financial modeling, KPI tracking, and cost analysis. Knowledge of international tax laws, compliance, and regulatory frameworks. Ability to communicate complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
