FINANCE SUPERVISOR - CPA - 3 YRS EXPERIENCE

Requirements:
College graduate in the field of Finance
A Certified Public Accountant
Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience

Key Responsibilities:
Billing & Collection: Prepares and sends statements of accounts, follows up receivables, and updates aging reports.
Revenue & Financial Monitoring: Records MRT revenue, tracks contracts, and updates financial statements.
Reporting & Compliance: Prepares occupancy, collection forecasts, and financial reports.
Payments & Validation: Processes sales commissions and validates supplier payments, payroll, and other transactions.
Cash Flow Management: Monitors fund status, replenishments, and cash flow.
Coordination: Works with legal for collections and external auditors for compliance.
Supervision & Performance: Reviews subordinates’ work, evaluates performance, conducts coaching, and recommends personnel actions.
System & Documentation: Ensures accurate records, applies system procedures, and coordinates system-related concerns.
Knowledge: Accounting principles, legal provisions, company policies, and people management.
Skills: Accounting software proficiency, analytical thinking, multitasking, organizational and interpersonal skills.
