Every day is a chance to learn something new and turn vacation inspiration into exceptional experiences for millions of travelers worldwide.PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES: (Include but not limited to:)Prepare weekly, monthly and annual bonus calculations, converting raw data into required payments via MS Excel models for submission to payrollPerform the issuing of bonus advices to relevant staff for the above calculationsAssist with the modelling of current & future bonus plans and assess financial implications in line with set targetsOngoing and proactive communication with a range of stakeholders across all hierarchy levels in multiple countries to explain calculation models, address ad hoc queries with confidence, clarify while maintaining confidentialityUnderstand and monitor KPI's and underlying data and support the ongoing improvement of pay plansProduce regular and ad hoc reports, including key KPI's, variance analysisExtract and review source data and resolve queries with relevant business stakeholdersPerform the calculation of month end accruals, prepare and review relevant journals for month end reportingProvide ongoing support to the Financial Planning and Analysis TeamEmployees must ensure they comply with WDAP’s OH&S Policy, procedures and any reasonable instruction given by WDAP.Employees must not wilfully place at risk the health and safety of themselves or any other persons in the workplace and to not wilfully or recklessly interfere with or misuse anything provided for health and safetyDisplay Hospitality with HEART to all internal and external partiesDisplay innovation through inspiring, creating and improving processes and productsShow integrity in all aspects of the position by doing the right thing, taking responsibility and delivering on the promise Display leadership values by ensuring effective communication and respecting your peers and managers. Support others within the team and empower each other wherever possibleKEY POSITION CRITERIA:Accounting or Finance related degree ideally with CPA/CA or equivalent qualification5 years plus work experience in the field of Compensation Analysis, Business Analysis and/or Management AccountingExcellent command of English, both oral and written. Key to this role will be the ability to read and interpret pay plans and translate these into a working modelMeticulous attention to detail with a high level of accuracy and self-reviewAdvanced Excel skills including modelingExcellent organizational and time management skills including the ability to meet strict deadlinesStrong analytical mindsetTeam player with the ability to work autonomouslyExperience working with business intelligence reporting tools (e.g. Tableau) is highly regardedWhere Memories Start with YouHospitality is at the heart of all we do at Travel + Leisure Co.
