Job Responsibilities:Operational management and control of the daily workflow within the Asia Core Cash Operations Maximize team capacity through effective resource planning and ensure team structure is robust through effective training and succession planning Ensure all daily controls and processing are completed and signed off including inquiry resolution, reconciliation breaks management, as well as all key metrics are produced as required; Provide direction and leadership to the team Provide effective communications to the department, ensuring staff are aware of strategic and regulatory changes in the organization Continued review of content and presentation of Standard Operating Procedures, in line with introduction of new policies and ongoing risk management activities Contribute to the strategic development of operational structure and service delivery Required qualifications, capabilities, and skillsOperational subject matter expertise in International Payment Processing Operations, and Reconciliation. 3-5 years of strong people management experience, ability to lead and motivate managers Working Knowledge of SWIFTS and international payment conventions and practices is a must Strong interpersonal/communication skills and ability to communicate internally and externally and at all levels Experience working / partnering with Risk, Audit and Compliance to ensure that the overall organizational objectives are met Demonstrates a proactive approach to problem solving, taking ownership of issues, and having the determination to follow through Strong risk and control awareness, ability to effectively priorities workloads and work to critical deadlines Confident communicator in all mediums to both internal and external clients Strategic thinker, able to review and implement process improvements Strong PC skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsPrior experience in client and third party bank investigations for Multicurrency payments is an added advantage Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferred Internal Application Eligibility RequirementsTENURE:Must meet minimum employment tenure requirement.
