As Specialty Product Spec. IV, you will be responsible in supporting the day to day operations of Trade and Working Capital Billing Team Manila. You are expected to learn and be immersed with all the production sub-processes within Standby Letter of Credit Billing.Job Responsibilities: Ensure all deliverables are completed correctly and completed per Service Level Agreement (SLA) Perform research, processing, invoicing, and reconciliation of payments Process requests and claims received via SWIFT (Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunications) – Correspondent Bank Charge claims Prepare and send reports to stakeholders and Management team Address and close out queries received from internal partners and customers correctly and on a timely manner. Identify and escalate issues in a prompt and timely manner which may impact service Work closely within the team to ensure all the daily activities and checklists are completed. Adopt best practices by partnering with other transaction processing teams Actively participate in new projects. Maintain control of the environment in respect of JPMorgan & Chase Co. policies and the local regulatory rules. Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills: Bachelor’s degree is required. Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance is preferred. - years of working experience. Background in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and/or Banking industry is an advantage preferably with Accounting and Finance background. Ability to understand billing processes and associated details Works collaboratively, shares information and effectively communicates with team members; departmental management and partners in Sales, Service and Product. Able to prioritize work and multi-task without making errors. Demonstrates analytical and problem solving abilities while processing with a mindset of accuracy and attention to detail. Process orientation with ability to understand upstream and downstream implications. Ability to perform detailed research, resolve issues, close them out and follow up with the impacted partner about how matter was resolved or outcome of research. Ability to understand the nature of work and ask logical questions about whether or not what is being requested is what is intended. Must be fluent in English language: Verbal, Written and Conversational. Requires strong computer skills, common PC based software packages including MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
