The Profile Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year of experience in coaching with specific expertise in one or more of the following areas: executive, communication, leadership, career, sales performance, DEI.

Accredited certification from a recognized coaching institution (e.g., ICF, EMCC).

Strong understanding of corporate dynamics and specific coaching areas.

Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and facilitation skills.

Proven track record in developing and delivering effective coaching programs.
