We are one of the largest Food & Beverage companies in the Philippines and are currently looking for a Senior Logistics Leader with the following requirements: Job Summary: The successful candidate will plan and implement optimal multi-product stock allocation and inventory levels across all consolidated warehouses within the designated area to achieve sales targets while ensuring working capital requirements are met. Provide support and technical expertise to the Operations Logistics Managers in areas such as procurement, logistics cost management, trade asset management, and warehousing operations. Qualifications: Must be a graduate of a 4 year course in Engineering, Accounting or related business course At least 15 years on Supply Chain Management/Warehousing and Distribution Management experience gained from a food manufacturing, distribution of commodity products or similar company Must be proficient in both oral and written communication Work on shifting schedules and be available on-call whenever needed. May travel to any parts of the Philippines, whenever required Key Responsibilities: Logistics Strategy & Execution: Develop, implement, and manage logistics strategies aligned with the company’s overall supply chain goals. Ensure smooth transportation and distribution of products across the country Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of logistics professionals, ensuring that team members are trained, motivated, and aligned with company objectives. Supply Chain Optimization: Continuously identify and implement cost-saving opportunities within the logistics function, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management. Vendor Management: Build and maintain relationships with third-party logistics providers, ensuring optimal service levels and performance. Operational Excellence: Maintain and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) in logistics, such as delivery accuracy, lead times, and cost reduction. Compliance & Safety: Ensure that logistics operations comply with all legal regulations, safety standards, and environmental policies. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as procurement, production, sales, and customer service to ensure seamless logistics operations and timely delivery of products. Reporting & Analysis: Regularly analyze logistics data and provide insightful reports to senior management. Proactively identify areas for improvement.
