Ability to

Education and Experience
 Four-year college degree with 5 years underwriting experience.
 Must possess ability to analyze and resolve problems, coordinate, plan and organize.
 Be knowledgeable of insurance coverages, communicate effectively, supportive of and adaptable to change and have excellent people and leadership skills.

Job Description:
To evaluate and approve insurance applications from P5M and up for both ordinary and group insurance including rural bank accounts and to provide underwriting support by supervising the New Business Staff.
