Overall purpose and responsibilities of the role: As the PH Lead, reporting directly to the CEO, you will be pivotal in leading, shaping and executing our strategic initiatives alongside your Australian-based co-Integrator.

You will demonstrate strong leadership skills and cultural sensitivity bringing together all business units within the operations team.

Duties & Responsibilities: Operationalize the CEO’s vision and work harmoniously with the Chief Commercial Officer (Australian) in running the business.

Establish an effective organizational structure, hire and retain the right people, and enable cross-functional processes that support client and staff retention.

Set the proper KPIs across the business units to ensure achievement of the business targets / goals.

Proven team leadership experience and can confidently collaborate with the Executive team and clients.

Developing systems and policies that will correlate with strategies.

Implementing effective processes and standards across business operations.

Can sustain a high-pressure, high-demand, competing priorities and fast-paced environment.

Team Management and Leadership: Oversee the entire Philippine operations.

Provides strategic guidance to the business operations team.

Effectively manage performance and ensure the right people are in the right seats to deliver the exceptional support to our clients and VAs.

Requirements Qualifications: Minimum of 15 years of experience in managing and leading business operations; at least 5 years in a senior management position.

Solid experience managing business operations and effectively support client delivery Has experience in data management and knowledgeable in using data visualization tools (ex.

Power BI) Knowledge in various software (IT, HR, Finance, Project Management to name a few).

Exceptional verbal and written English communication.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Excellent planning and organisational management skills.

Must have sound judgment and great decision-making skills.

Soft Skills: Strategic planning & analysis: A strategic thinker who can translate Vision into reality.

Resilient: Can manage pressure, different personalities, and dealing with Executives.

Influence: Ability to manage various teams that support Client Delivery and influence positive outcome.

Communication: Effectively communicate.

Data-analysis: Ability to effectively analyse data to support effective strategic planning.

Planning & Organising: Ability to plan, identify risk and establish mitigation actions.

Action-Centric: Effectively executes plans which translate into meaningful outcome in a short period of time.

Technical Skills: Experience overseeing IT, Project Management, Data Management, Risk & Compliance, HR and Finance.

Background in BOI certification and implementation is a plus.

Experience in managing P& L.
