Required Experience:
• Must be CPA
• Must have at least five (5) years of related work experience (Accounting Manager)
• Strong background on overall accounting processes (journal entries, AR, AP), banking, BIR, and SEC
transactions
• Adept on preparing financial statement forecasts, budgets, and financial analysis per cost center
• Has working experience in conceptualizing and developing accounting procedures, policies, and manuals
• Knowledgeable on using spreadsheets and Quickbooks
• Has working experience and knowledge on taxation procedures

Job Description
• Daily supervision of accounting operations involving Quickbooks management, AR, AP, Journal Entries, Bank Reconciliation, Month-end tasks and Government Compliance (e.g. BIR, SEC, etc.)
• Implementation or support on training programs, effective administration of performance evaluation, mentorship, disciplinary action, and coaching activities for subordinates to improve their knowledge, skills, and total team performance.
• Conformance with the established sets of reports and documented deliverables.
• Suggestion or implementation of business process initiatives, system improvement which resulted to significant process efficiency and/ or cost savings; participation on tasks beyond responsibility duly ordered by the immediate head.
