QUALIFICATION:
Bachelor's Degree Holder in Accountancy or Equivalent ; CIA (Certified Internal Auditor) is an advantage
Exposed to Operations Auditing in a manufacturing set-up/Strong data analytical skills/Ability to come up with comprehensive and accurate reports

Key Responsibilities:
Audit Planning & Execution
Develop and implement audit plans based on risk assessment.
Conduct financial, operational, and compliance audits.
Identify areas for improvement in internal processes.
Risk Management & Compliance
Assess risks and recommend risk mitigation strategies.
Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies.
Evaluate the effectiveness of internal control systems.
Financial & Operational Reviews
Analyze financial statements and operational data for accuracy.
Detect and report fraud, inefficiencies, and control weaknesses.
Assess cost-effectiveness and recommend improvements.
Reporting & Documentation
Prepare audit reports with findings, risks, and recommendations.
Present reports to management and provide actionable insights.
Maintain records of audit work, findings, and corrective actions.
Advisory & Continuous Improvement
Provide recommendations for process and policy enhancements.
Support management in implementing corrective actions.
Stay updated with industry best practices and regulatory changes.
