CLIENT BACKGROUND
Our client specializes in blending finance and data analytics to supercharge e‑commerce businesses. Their mission is to empower their clients with the tools and insights needed to make informed decisions based on real data, ultimately accelerating growth and boosting clients' profits.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries.
Reconcile bank statements and perform monthly closing procedures.
Ensure accurate tracking of inventory, sales, returns, and refunds, integrating with relevant inventory management systems.
Handle invoicing and payments for service contracts, ensuring timely billing and collection.
Communicate effectively with vendors, clients, and team members regarding financial matters.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree holder in Accounting or any related field
At least 5 years of bookkeeping experience in a US accounting firm, with a strong focus on ECommerce industries.
Strong understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Quick Books, Xero) G Suite and Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience with ECommerce platforms and payment processes.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret financial data.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
