NOW HIRING: Real Estate Financial Analyst
We are seeking a skilled Real Estate Financial Analyst to join our client's team, focusing on underwriting new potential real estate deals. The ideal candidate will support our client's Senior Financial Analyst in evaluating investment opportunities, with a preference for experience in manufactured housing or multi-family housing sectors.
Work Schedule: 9:00 am - 5:30 pm EST, FULLY REMOTE
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in underwriting and evaluating new real estate investment opportunities, with a focus on manufactured housing and multi-family housing deals.
- Analyze financial data, property performance, and market trends to assess deal feasibility.
- Prepare detailed financial models, including cash flow projections, ROI analysis, and sensitivity testing.
- Assist in the preparation of investment memos and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the Senior Financial Analyst to review investment performance metrics and identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Conduct due diligence on potential acquisitions, including market research, property inspections, and reviewing financial documents.
Requirements
- Proven work experience in real estate underwriting, preferably with experience in manufactured housing or multi-family housing.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and real estate analysis tools.
- Understanding of real estate market dynamics and key financial metrics.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with teams.
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in underwriting deals in the manufactured housing sector is highly desirable.
- Experience with real estate financial software is a plus.
