Responsibilities:

Possess strong problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills.
Manage team performance effectively.
Provide coaching and constructive feedback to subordinates.
Perform administrative tasks supporting operations.
Lead teams to achieve metric goals and complete monthly deliverables.

Minimum Qualifications:

Preferably a college graduate.
Overall 7 to 9 years of BPO experience.
At least 3 to 5 years of experience as a Transformational Quality Manager.
Preferably Greenbelt or Blackbelt certified.
