The Offer Great opportunity for growth and development Join a team of world class IT professionals Attractive salary and benefits The Job Your Responsibilities will include: Design test plans, scenarios, and scripts ensuring they are repeatable and meet the standards Create and maintain QA artifact Execute all levels of testing which includes functional, integration, acceptance and regression Document software defects and validate after defect resolution Participate in product design reviews and provide input on the functional requirement, schedules, issues, and risk Participate in the evaluation and selection of QA testing tools and methodologies that best fit the project need Handle issues related to QA testing component within a project Adhere to specific QA testing standards and guideline for the project Assists in the development of QA testing plans and cases Create test data, execute and maintain tests and tests scripts Review test scripts for completeness and accuracy The Profile Skills Required: Must be proficient in writing test cases and test scripts. Must have experience in creating a Master test plan. Must have an in-depth understanding of Test Design Techniques, QA methodologies, and SDLC (both Waterfall and Agile Development) With extensive knowledge of QA testing tools, different test approaches, standards, and processes. Exposure to business operations related to manufacturing, distribution, and financial operations will be an advantage Experience in various system development environments. Experience in leading a QA team in small to medium-sized projects. ISTQB Testing Certification is a plus but not required. Competitive analytical and problem-solving skills and advanced communicative competence. Good time management and organizational skills A critical thinker and detail-oriented Strong sense of commitment to the organization’s goals and values. High flexibility in shifting schedules and extended working hours. Readiness to travel to other sites Knowledgeable in SQL and API Testing You have at least 1 year experience, ideally within a Quality Assurance / Testing role. Expertise in Automation Testing, Regression Testing, Smoke Testing, Unit Testing and Integration Testing would be highly valuable.
