Required Education and Experience : Graduate of four (4) years course preferably related to Statistics, Marketing, Product Development and Mathematics.

Preferably experience at least 5 years in Bank operation and Microfinance. Summary / Objective : The main function of the Research Head is the overall management of SRDI activities including but not limited to a research survey, incubation, product prototyping, pilot testing, and operational analysis Essential Functions : A.

Administrative Function : 1. Recommend to the management new products and technology relevant to banking operations.2. Update the President on any project activity and product development and incubation timelines.
