Responsibilities: Serve as the platform expert and shall monitor utilization and adoption of the tools assigned Attend regular cadence with platform owners/workstreams to align on initiatives & enhancements Create a roadmap on what system/platform enhancements need to be done and closely monitor progress Work closely with Sales, IT, QA and other stakeholders on business requirements and user stories Participate in User Acceptance Testing for new builds and system improvements Regularly seek feedback on platform experience from users and spearhead initiatives to increase take-up /utilization/adoption.
Prepare reports,municate and present key insights, initiatives, and results to stakeholders to show overall progress on digital leads management and sales fulfillment platforms Collaborate with regional and global colleagues to learn best practices and adapt digital solutions implemented in other Manulife markets Continuously monitor andmunicate industry andpetitive trends in digital enablement, particularly for bancassurance and be an advocate for digital enablement across the MCBL Skill Set andpetencies Demonstrates passion and understanding of how digital innovation and technology can support sales enablement, business growth, and operational efficiency Ability to translate business goals into digital solutions and initiatives in collaboration with the team members and partner stakeholders Critical Thinking and Strategic Mindset that considers the overall needs and objectives of the customer, the business, and the bank partner Collaborates effectively with the team as well as internal, and external stakeholders while not afraid to constructively challenge current ideas and ways of thinking to better the business Possesses a sense of ownership, accountability, andmitment to the work being developed and delivered Entrepreneurial Mindset that seeks out new opportunities and embraces change Key Results Area: Adoption and Utilization of digital tools and platforms (Leads Management and Sales Fulfillment Platforms) Sales Growth and Operational Efficiency as a result of Digital Tools Enhancements and Improvements Experiences and Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree Holder with at least 5 years relevant experience, preferably in insurance, banking and / or fintech.
