The Role As a Card Maintenance Specialist you will manages credit card account maintenance requests received from different channels and ensures that the individual and Department targets are met based on the approved KRA to guarantee customer satisfaction and contribute to the Betterbanking promise. Handles encoding of nth card and corporate card request, processing of Increase/Decrease in credit limit (ICL/DCL) and updating of card information on corporate and retail cards How you'll contribute PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESList, in order of importance, the five to six essential functions, key activities and decision-making areas of the job.
