- Must be Senior High School graduate, Vocational, College Undergraduates with or without experience but with knowledge in BPO
- Fresh graduate without experience but with knowledge in BPO is also welcome to apply.
- Proficient in English language
● Can do multi-task and must be responsible in challenging situations
● Can adjust to a fast-paced environment or constant changes
● Good Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail
● Ability to take ownership of contact to provide resolution to client
● Ability to provide and receive feedback
● Has a growth mindset with the desire to learn
● Basic Computer skills with a typing speed of 40 WPM, 100% accuracy
