Job Description The opportunity The Distribution Content and Enablement Manager will lead in brand ideation and conceptualization, strategizing brand and customer campaigns to drive and contribute to business goals.

Develop, implement, and monitor consistent brand imagery and messaging across channels to ensure that all brand activities are aligned with Brand mission and vision.

Responsibilities Strategize and develop creatives and media plan for Social Media/Digital Media (organic and paid) campaigns Liaising and managing relationships with Creative Agencies, Media Agencies, Endorsers, KOLs, and influencers.

Spearhead content and media strategy and development of customer-facing materials (e.g., creatives for social / digital media)Manage and negotiate contracts and values with talent management agencies, leverage on brand ambassadors and KOLs to promote MCBL, its products and services, across target audiences.

Establish MCBL presence in China Bank / China Bank Savings customer touchpoints (branch, media assets, digital platforms) through various materials designed to promote MCBL to bank’s customer base.

Provide branding and distribution support to Distribution teams through development of consistent and on-brand messaging, materials and campaigns to enable sales and business growth.

Produce content that will drive qualified recruitment leads for Bancassurance distribution channels.

Work with the Propositions team in producing artcards and other marketing materials related to promoting Health / Protection, Savings, Retirement and others for distributor / referrer use Group: Develop campaigns and content to support Group/Corp Sol APE and NBV targets.

Develop and execute digital leads generation campaign that aim to generate sales for MCBL, in partnership with the MCBL Team and bank counterparts.

What we are looking for Bachelor’s degree holder At least 5 years of work experience in the areas of Marketing, Branding / Advertising, Digital Marketing Highly strategic, analytical, creative, and organized Self-motivated and customer-focused, critical-thinker and with good problem-solving skills With Good project management skills and able to deliver multiple requirements on time Flexible, results oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to interact with and influence people at all levels of the organization What can we offer you?A competitive salary and benefits packages.
