About the Role As Lead, Capital Reforms Risk Services, the role will act as a connector between the GCC and the broader Capital Reforms team with the mission to drive Capital Reforms outcomes in the GCC environment.
This role will lead the Capital Reforms teams in the GCC to deliver outcomes, deliver efficiency and productivity improvements, optimise transition of activity and act as the counduit into the broader Program Leadership Team.

As a Wholesale Credit Risk Manager, you will: People Leadership - Day-to-day accountability over people management tasks including recruitment approval and sourcing, as well as work management tasks including determining work required and capability required for employees in the Service Centre/ Collaborating with GCC stakeholders and representing the Capital Reforms Program onshore Transition Ownership – Responsible for the successful transition of roles and SME knowledge as the receiving location leader working closely with the sending location Transition Lead and functional leaders Talent recruitment and retention – leverage bank and industry wide network to attract the right talent into the team and proactively implement techniques for talent development and retention.
Thought Leader - Improving and innovating to uplift processes, evolve policies across end-to-end.
Building out clear accountabilities, success measures and ways of working in partnership with Initiative Leads.
