Job Description Develop, implement, and maintain risk management policies and procedures. Lead the identification, assessment, and management of potential risks. Monitor and analyze risk-related information and trends. Report to the Board and relevant committees on risk matters and progress. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements regarding risk management. Manage the organization's risk profile and tolerance levels. Work closely with the risk heads of the conglomerate's different business units. Develop and implement business continuity plans.
