Job Description Lead cross-functional teams to conduct process mapping, root cause analysis, and value stream analysis of existing processes and workflows Communicate and collaborate with senior management, functional leaders, and frontline staff to ensure alignment and buy-in of the process improvement goals and plans Track and measure the performance and outcomes of the process improvement projects and report on the progress, challenges, and best practices Identify and escalate any risks or issues that may affect the successful delivery of the process improvement objectives Conduct business process analysis and identify gaps, issues, and areas for improvement Develop and document business process improvement solutions, including process maps, workflows, procedures, and policies Implement and manage business process improvement projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and objectives Facilitate and coordinate cross-functional collaboration and communication on business process improvement activities Provide training and coaching to staff on business process improvement methodologies and tools Research and evaluate emerging trends and best practices in business process improvement Qualifications University educated (BA/BS) Strong verbal and written communications; ability to analyze large volumes of information and define "the big picture" Strong analytical abilities Business and financial acumen Experience in working with internal and external, local and global team members to deliver results Can work effectively with remote teams across multiple time zones Strong knowledge and skills in business process improvement methodologies and tools, such as Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen or BPMN Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven, with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Requisition id: 48045  Relocation: No   Sealed Air is committed to attracting, selecting, and developing talent that reflects the diversity of the communities and customers we serve.
