Oversee contracts, transaction documentation, and financial records with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality. Provide expert guidance on complex sales scenarios, negotiations, and deal structuring. Monitor market trends and property data to support informed client decision-making. Support and mentor junior agents or team members, sharing insights on compliance, finance, and transaction management. Requirements Strong professional background in residential and/or commercial real estate transactions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional and client-focused approach. Proven ability to manage real estate offices or operate within commercial real estate environments. Strong knowledge of property sales, rentals, financing structures, and transaction workflows. High attention to detail with strong organizational and transaction management skills. Ability to navigate complex deal scenarios and provide strategic client guidance. Comfort working independently in a fully remote environment. Familiarity with CRM systems and remote collaboration tools.
