Job Description   As a Lead Enrichment Specialist , you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our client’s sales lead quality by enriching and qualifying leads for the sales team. You will be responsible for researching/gathering data on provided leads and ensuring the accuracy/completeness of lead information to ensure that our sales efforts are highly targeted and effective. Here’s an overview of your future role: Employment type: Full time Shift: Day Shift (TBD Sched as per client) Work setup: Onsite, Makati What do you need to succeed?  Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience in lead enrichment, data management, or a similar role. Excellent research and data analysis skills. Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) is a plus. What awaits you in this role?      Data Enrichment: Enhance lead contact details by collecting and verifying essential information, such as contact details, job titles, company size, and other relevant data points using the "List Match" and "Company Enhance" feature in ZoomInfo (or other comparable platforms). Obtain the company phone number, street address, city, state, zip code, LinkedIn URL link, industry, revenue range, and employee range, and fill in the designated columns for each lead. Find the best top executive contact(s) for each company (CEO, President, Owner, Principal, CFO, etc.) with a direct phone number. Data Validation: Regularly validate and update lead information to ensure data accuracy and completeness. Lead Scoring: Implement lead scoring models to prioritize leads based on their fit and engagement level. List Segmentation: Categorize leads into segments based on criteria such as industry, company size, and geographic location. Collaboration: Work closely with involved teams to ensure seamless lead handoff and alignment on lead quality standards. Reporting: Generate and analyze reports to track the effectiveness of lead enrichment efforts and provide insights for continuous improvement, if needed.
