Description

Job Responsibilities:

- Assess the adequacy and effectiveness of company policies, processes, and procedures.
- Identify gaps, weaknesses, and risks in internal controls and compliance procedures.
- Recommend and document process improvements.
- Review and analyze processes to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
- Prepare detailed reports outlining findings, risks, and recommendations.
- Collaborate with department heads to address control gaps and implement improvements.
- Monitor adherence to internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy.
- Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
- Experience with an external audit firm is required (preferably from a Top 4 firm).
- Experience in internal audit is required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel.
- Experience working in an ERP environment.

NOTE: Salary will depend on experience.
