About the Role : This position will assist the local Project Accountant on local billings and payables, including but not limited to all the following tasks: Responsibilities: Preparation of invoices, including review and quality check of all manual invoices to ensure that customer requirements are met.
Work closely with Project/Sales Support, Field/Implementation team, with guidance from the Project Accountant & Supervisor.
Submission of invoices to customers, including uploading customer invoices to respective portals.
Log, track, and maintain invoicing tracker, including issues, to contribute towards process improvements for the billing/payable function.
Assist with special customer billing requirements, tracking, logging errors, etc.
Perform account reconciliation, including monitoring of project-related tasks.
Work with customers/suppliers to resolve billing disputes.
Ad-hoc initiatives as directed by management team Qualifications & Competencies: Suitable accounting degree / experience2+ years minimum experience in industrial/service environment or similar industry.
Preferably knowledge of current accounting practice in Philippines Teamwork, accuracy, and attention to detail Knowledge in Oracle, Rev Pro Proficiency with Excel, PDF and other Microsoft office applications Excellent communication skills both verbal and written to be able to relate at all levels of the organization as well as external customers and suppliers.
