Description The Opportunity Manulife is seeking for an individual who loves to motivate teams to achieve a product vision, can convert a business need into a product, create a business case with impact analysis (including Financial ROI ) to influence company investments on new products or transforming existing products into new or modernized systems. He/she must be comfortable with business object modeling best practices. He/she must be technical enough to know and understand about cloud (SAAS, PAAS, IAAS etc,), structured and non-structured databases, IT applications, migration/IT modernization and translate requirements from multiple sources into prioritized backlogWe are looking for someone with: Experience in data architecture, data modelling, and service-based architectureTechnical understanding of IT applications (Web, Desktop, Batch, APIs,/Services) including DatabasesKnowledge and experience in SQL Databases including SQL queries and understand SQL Data Structure and Table RelationshipsFirm knowledge of JIRA and ConfluenceExperience working in a related field (preferably Disability Insurance Products).Experience in doing business requirement analysis including understanding of Business ProcessesCan document and do object modeling using different toolsCan create business cases and impact analysis to recommend required IT roadmap and strategies.An entrepreneurial spirit and comfort working within in rapidly changing environmentAnalytical, ability to think strategically and creatively.
