Proven ability to work a switchboard.

Intermediate digital literacy ( Adobe, Microsoft, digital platforms) Nice to Have: Experience using CRM Software Experience in Construction industry.

If direct assistance is not possible, promptly notify the client or prospect that their query will be directed to a qualified individual who can provide further assistance.

Clearly and succinctly convey the client's needs to the appropriate team member in a timely manner, enabling a seamless continuation of the customer journey for the client prospect.
