Skills Required: At least 2 years’ experience in product listings, admin and data entry. Intermediate skill in Microsoft Excel including VLOOKUP Experience with ecommerce or using content management systems (Hybris, Magento, Word Press etc) Intermediate skill in Photoshop or another image editing program Experience in ecommerce, covering product lifecycle and enrichment, digital asset management, content Nice to Have: Experience working in a retail environment ideally in an omni-channel business. What will you do? Ensuring efficient and accurate creation and maintenance of products on the website Executes all products, on time, with 100% accuracy online for the duration of their lifecycle. Executes all products in line with onsite categorization and optimizes based on best practice principles Works with the Product and Customer Service Team to improve content and product accuracy. Applies necessary changes to product placement to improve sales performance, increase conversion and average order size through online merchandise management of best sellers, product promotions, up-sell and cross-sell opportunities. Recommends changes to improve site design, increase average order size and increase conversion. Reviews competitor websites to evaluate merchandise, promotional tactics, customer experience, and product presentation to create a competitive online experience.
