About the Role
As a Senior Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing andexecuting multiple technical projects from initiation to completion. You willcollaborate with cross-functional teams, manage project timelines and budgets,handle change requests efficiently, and ensure effective risk mitigation. This rolerequires strong leadership, technical acumen, and exceptional communication skills.
What you'll do
Project Timelines Adherence: Ensure timely execution of projects by monitoring task completion and resource allocation.
Budget Adherence: Manage project budgets effectively, ensuring that projects are delivered within financial constraints.
Change Request Management: Evaluate and implement change requests without causing significant project delays.
Communication Effectiveness: Facilitate clear and effective communication across teams, stakeholders, and clients.
Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks proactively to prevent disruptions.
Lead agile project execution, including sprint planning, backlog management,and retrospectives.
Act as a liaison between clients, developers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
Utilize project management tools to track project progress, generate reports, and maintain project documentation.
Drive continuous improvement by identifying bottlenecks and implementing process optimizations.
What you Bring
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a relatedfield.
5+ years of experience in technical project management within a digitalagency, Saa S, or tech-driven environment.
Proven track record of managing and delivering large-scale technical projects on time and within budget.
Strong understanding of agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello, Monday.com).
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate issues and mitigate risks effectively.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and business stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-pacedenvironment.
Nice to Have
PMP, CSM, or other relevant project management certifications.
Experience working with digital transformation initiatives, web applications, or Saa S-based projects.
Familiarity with Dev Ops practices and cloud-based technologies.
