Schedule: 40 paid hours per week/8 hours per day with 30-mins paid lunch break • Full-time 24⁄7 coverage • Thursday–Monday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central time, with 30-minutes paid break Client Location/Timezone: Texas, US, Central Time zone Job/Company Overview: The prospect run an Airbnb property management company based in Nashville, Tennessee.
They manage around 20 individual houses listed across platforms like Airbnb, VRBO etc., with a total of 35-40 listings accounting for multi-unit properties.
Scope Manage guest communication for a portfolio of 20+ properties Oversee back-end operations across 35-40 listings Potential for growth into a team lead/supervisory role as the business expands Job Responsibilities: ● Respond to guest inquiries across multiple channels (email, messaging apps) in a timely and brand-consistent manner ● Update reservation details, fees, charges in property management software (Guest UI) ● Coordinate with cleaning crews, schedule inspections using software like Breezeway ● Manage back-end operational tasks like tracking refunds, processing payments etc.
● Provide exceptional service to guests, resolving issues and ensuring a seamless experience Requirements Requirements: ● Prior experience in the vacation rental/property management industry ● Familiarity with property management software like Guest UI, Breezeway or similar platforms ● Excellent written and verbal communication skills ● Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment ● Strong problem-solving and customer service skills As this is work from home, you need your own computer and internet to support calls and video call/meetings.
